Engage People Recruitment is delighted to partner with a global cutting-edge investment management company that is looking to expand its Italian footprint. Together, we are looking for strong sales managers to join their growing team in Italy.

The Company

This company is an investment management firm with a strong brand in the Italian market. They sell investment products to high-net-worth individuals across the globe and are known for their collaborative workplace culture, strong compensation packages, and excellent career development opportunities.

The Role

You will be targeting selling bespoke investment services and solutions to high-net-worth clients in Italy. It's a simple as that! No two days will look the same in this role as you consult with your clients over the phone or face to face to determine the best investment solutions to their needs. Note that this role is remote-first.

The Candidate

• You MUST HAVE have an OCF registration and experience selling to high-net-worth individuals.
• You MUST HAVE experience selling financial products to private individuals in Italy
• You will be comfortable with working remotely, but the business may require trips to the Milano HQ or client visits, so you'll need to be able to make this happen.

You must be motivated by selling - this is a pure sales role and not a relationship management type role. Hunters do very, very well with this firm (taking home 7 figures annually).

You must speak fluent Italian and have strong business English.

What's in it for you?

OTE Year 1 EUR 120-180K

OTE Year 2 EUR 160-250K

OTE Year 3 EUR 250K+
