Deliver Level 1/2 technical support for the network and security infrastructures of multiple entities, ensuring the continuity and reliability of Euronext's business operations. Monitor, maintain, and support critical network and system infrastructures to ensure optimal performance and availability. Provide technical support in a 24/7 operational environment, working in rotating shifts to cover market operational hours. Monitor infrastructure using platforms such as Grafana, LogicMonitor, LibreNMS, or similar tools. Troubleshoot network and infrastructure issues across multi-vendor environments. Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and escalate issues when necessary. Collaborate with teams across multiple Euronext locations to ensure operational excellence and continuous service availability. Contribute to maintaining a stable, secure, and high-performing production environment. Experience working in a Network Operations Center (NOC), Systems Operations Center, or a similar technical support environment. Hands-on experience with infrastructure monitoring tools such as Grafana, LogicMonitor, LibreNMS, or equivalent. Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, PTP/NTP, OSPF, BGP, and MPLS. Experience troubleshooting complex network environments. Knowledge of multi-vendor networking technologies, including Juniper, Cisco, Arista, Check Point, and Fortinet. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
