Job Duties and Responsibilities Screen and underwrite target investments efficiently Deliver accurate investment theses and valuations Execute deals and manage portfolio investment actively Monitor KPIs and drive value-creation initiatives Report performance and compliance to stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or related field Relevant experience in VC/PE investing, IB, or consulting Strong financial modeling and valuation knowledge Experience running diligence and investment processes Knowledge of term sheets, legal documentation, and governance 4-5 years of relevant experience in investment, venture capital, private equity or related filed. Financial modeling (DCF, LBO, comparables) Valuation methods and deal structuring Due diligence (financial, legal, commercial) Portfolio KPI tracking and reporting CRM/deal management tools Analytical and critical thinking Negotiation and stakeholder management Attention to detail Risk assessment and sound judgment Communication and executive presence
