We're looking for an Investor Relations Expert to support fund-side investor communications, capital administration, and platform management for a growing real estate investment fund. This role is for someone with experience on the fund/investor side of real estate, not property management or tenant-facing operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their work.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for managing investor records, supporting fund administration, maintaining accurate data within InvestNext, and ensuring timely communication with investors, LPs, and fund stakeholders. Success in this role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage confidential financial information while meeting recurring deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage investor records and maintain accurate information within InvestNext.
• Support investor onboarding and account management.
• Respond to investor inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Prepare and distribute investor communications and updates.
• Assist with fund administration and investor reporting.
• Coordinate capital calls, distributions, and investor documentation.
• Maintain organized documentation and financial records.
• Ensure data accuracy across internal systems and reports.
• Track recurring deadlines and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support investment operations.
• Handle confidential financial information with professionalism.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in investor relations, fund administration, real estate syndication, or private equity, specifically on the fund/investor-facing side (capital calls, distributions, LP reporting), not property management or leasing operations.
• Hands-on experience using InvestNext (required).
• Strong understanding of investor record management.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and recurring deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with working-hours overlap with U.S. business hours (ET/CT/MT/PT).
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not required.
