Investor Relations Specialist

Role Description The Investor Relations Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role manages communication between 01VC and its current and prospective investors, including preparing investor updates, presentations, and reports on fund performance and portfolio developments. The Specialist will coordinate investor meetings and events, respond to investor inquiries, and ensure timely, accurate dissemination of financial and strategic information. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing portfolio and market data, supporting fundraising activities, maintaining CRM and documentation, and collaborating with investment and operations teams to align messaging with firm strategy. The role requires a professional who can represent 01VC consistently and credibly across written, verbal, and virtual communication channels.

Qualifications

• Strong investor relations skills, including experience managing investor communications and relationship-building with limited partners or institutional investors.
• Knowledge of investments and finance, with the ability to understand fund structures, performance metrics, and basic financial modeling.
• Advanced analytical skills for interpreting portfolio data, market trends, and investment performance, and presenting insights clearly.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to prepare professional reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications or certifications (e.g., CFA) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in venture capital, private equity, asset management, or financial services investor relations preferred.
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and integrity, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment, collaborating across time zones, and using digital tools for communication and data management.
