Bambo is a capital markets advisory firm supporting founders, fund managers, and growth-stage companies on equity raises, debt financing, and strategic transactions. We work closely with institutional investors, family offices, and strategic partners, and we’re building out our internal team to support that work.

About the Role

We’re looking for a part-time Investor Relations & Business Development Intern to join Bambo for a six-month program. This is a relationship- and research-focused role supporting our investor and partner network — helping us stay organized, informed, and responsive as we grow our institutional relationships.

This role is not a cold-outreach or lead-generation position. It’s about supporting an existing, curated network with research, coordination, and relationship upkeep.

What You’ll Do

• Research investors, funds, and companies relevant to active and prospective mandates

• Maintain and update CRM records and internal trackers

• Help prepare briefing materials and summaries ahead of investor and partner meetings

• Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and note-taking

• Draft internal summaries and communications for review by the team

• Assist with light content and materials work (decks, one-pagers, updates)

• Provide regular progress updates to the Arcovia team

Qualifications

• Based in Hungary and legally authorized to work there

• Professional proficiency in English and Hungarian

• Strong written communication and research skills

• Comfortable with structured, detail-oriented work

• Organized and reliable; able to manage multiple small workstreams

• Discreet with confidential information

• Comfortable with spreadsheets, CRM tools, and standard office software

• Interest in finance, capital markets, or startup operations preferred but not required

Working Arrangement

• ~15–20 hours/week

• Six-month term, with potential to extend based on fit and performance

• Remote, based in Hungary
