Invoice Clearing Administrator Michelin is hiring! - - - - - - - - - - - - Job Posting What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree; Advanced level of English; French-nice to have Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customer or similar roles; Organizational and multitasking ability; Attention to detail; A good team worker and Customer-oriented approach; Knowledge of Microsoft Office package (especially Excel). The Invoice Clearing Administrator will: Manage billing for breakdowns: Service provider invoice (P2P) a. Process invoices according to the operating mode. b. Save the invoice in tools according to the operating mode c. For incorrect invoices, ask for credits according to the operating mode Customer invoice a. Save the invoice in tools according to the operating mode, the the prices and the service provided. b. The requests for derogation from the European prices are traced. c. Update the list of service providers and customers tariffs by asking country partners if is necessary inform the country partners on recurring malfunctions (non-compliance with rates or billing deadlines by providers, updating databases, etc.). d. Inform / Respond to questions relating to the organization / operation of Clearing Ensure the achievement of common objectives: o Keep standards up to date o Develop and maintain knowledge in several areas.
