Role Description The Ireland Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote, contract opportunity to manage and grow a Lingua Learn franchise in Ireland. Day-to-day activities include overseeing online language programs, coordinating with trainers, and ensuring a high-quality learning experience for public and corporate clients. The partner will handle local marketing and outreach, develop relationships with organizations and learners, and monitor performance metrics to drive growth in the Irish market. Responsibilities also include adapting Lingua Learn’s offerings to local needs, managing customer inquiries, and collaborating with the central team for training, support, and operational guidance. This role is suited to individuals or businesses interested in building a scalable, online education enterprise under a recognized global brand.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Writing skills to interact with clients, partners, and trainers, and to produce clear, professional correspondence and marketing materials.
• Analytical Skills and Research abilities to assess market trends, identify growth opportunities, and make data-informed decisions for the Irish franchise.
• Experience in Training or education-related activities, such as coordinating courses or supporting instructors, to ensure high-quality language learning delivery.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with proven business development or sales experience, preferably in education, language services, or online platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and build partnerships with corporate and public sector clients.
• Familiarity with the Irish market and local business environment; prior franchise management experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are beneficial.
