IT Applications Specialist – Workday
to join their team.
The role reports to the IT Manager of the company , and will be someone who can own the Workday ecosystem end-to-end — from day-to-day user support and access management to reporting, integrations and continuous system improvement.
Indicative Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to Workday users
Manage user access permissions and security roles
Coordinate and support integrations between Workday and other systems, in collaboration with external consultants
Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Collaborate closely with Payroll, Finance and HR departments, as well as external consultants
Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, data analysis and custom reports
Monitor data quality and perform system control checks
Document processes and provide user training
The ideal candidate would possess:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
Broad knowledge of business information systems and IT applications
Strong knowledge of Workday, particularly in the Finance and HCM modules
Understanding of APIs, JSON and XML
Excellent command of English, written and spoken
Strong organizational, coordination and analytical/problem-solving skills
A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to have
Advanced computer literacy across broader IT/business systems
Prior experience supporting cross-departmental system rollouts or upgrades
Completed military service obligations (for male candidates)
