We are looking for a IT Architect to perform the following activities: Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks aligning IT strategy with business goals. Design secure architectures incorporating cybersecurity best practices to protect enterprise assets and data. Lead the design and deployment of network infrastructures ensuring high availability, performance, and security. Architect and implement virtualization solutions to optimize resource utilization and simplify management. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies compatible with enterprise IT roadmap. Collaborate with development, security, operations, and business teams to ensure cohesive architecture and effective governance. Create documentation, architecture blueprints, and standards for consistent implementation across projects. What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies 7+ years in IT architecture or senior infrastructure roles with progressive responsibility Proven track record managing large-scale enterprise IT projects incorporating cybersecurity and network solutions Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional teams Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.) Expertise in cybersecurity principles, threat modeling, identity and access management, and network security In-depth understanding of network design, protocols, and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls) Proficiency with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM Proficiency with Linux - Red Hat Familiarity with containerization technologies and cloud-native architecture patterns Ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions that are resilient and scalable Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Red Hat Openshift Knowledge of automation and Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) Soft skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Goal-oriented approach Self-Driven Proactive to solution Teamwork Languages: Italian (Fluent) English (fluent, oral and written) Why would you take the plunge?
