About the role We're looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our Spotos Tech team. This person will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. In this role, IT Business Analyst will collaborate closely with stakeholders, the development team, and end-users to ensure the delivery of efficient and user-friendly IT systems. What we expect from you: 3+ years of experience in IT business analysis or system development. Practical experience with requirements gathering and documentation. Understanding of software development processes. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in English. Nice to have: Familiarity with and hands-on experience using Figma. Domain knowledge in logistics. What you will do: Analyze business processes and gather system requirements. Translate needs into functional specifications and user stories. Collaborate with developers and QA team to ensure successful implementation. Support backlog management, change requests, and scope control.
