Role Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Business Analyst Intern to support requirement gathering, documentation, and discovery activities for mobile and web projects. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with internship exposure who want hands-on BA experience and familiarity with AI tools for productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in requirement gathering, stakeholder interviews, and client discussions.
• Support preparation of BRD, FRD, SRS, and functional documentation.
• Help create UML diagrams, use-case diagrams, and Data Flow Diagrams (DFD).
• Produce wireframes and basic functional specifications during discovery.
• Participate in scope analysis, feature breakdown, and effort estimation.
• Coordinate with development, design, sales, and digital marketing teams.
• Support pre-sales and post-sales activities as needed.
• Use AI tools for research, documentation, wireframing, and productivity.
  
  

Must-have Skills & Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience in IT/business analysis.
• Basic understanding of requirement gathering and business analysis concepts.
• Familiarity with BRD/FRD/SRS formats and functional documentation.
• Basic knowledge of UML, use cases, DFDs, and wireframing concepts.
• Good communication and client-facing skills.
• Analytical and logical problem-solving mindset.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Lovable, etc.) for research or documentation.

• Exposure to mobile/web development lifecycle.
