About This Job: We are expanding our support coverage to serve a key client with hubs in PST, EST, and CST. As an IT Consultant, you will be one of the dedicated technical resources, ensuring seamless IT operations. This is a focused, high-ownership position where you provide IT support during a critical window. You will need to think independently, troubleshoot without a safety net, and deliver a white-glove experience. The right person for this role is self-sufficient, composed under pressure, and takes pride in being the reliable presence that keeps things running quietly in the background.
