🚀 We’re Hiring: Software Governance, SaaS & License Management Consultant

📍 Location: Brussels, Belgium

We are looking for a Software Governance, SaaS & License Management Consultant to join the Digital Workplace domain and take ownership of software governance processes, SaaS intake, software inventory, and license optimization.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Own and monitor end-to-end software & SaaS governance processes
• Govern the intake, assessment and approval of new software/SaaS solutions
• Maintain software catalogues and SaaS inventories
• Manage and optimize software licenses based on actual usage
• Monitor renewals, contracts and license utilization
• Define and track governance KPIs and reporting
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement
• Coordinate with Business, IT, Architecture, Security, Data Protection, Procurement and Vendor Management teams
• Maintain governance documentation using Confluence, SharePoint, etc.
• Support governance integration into procurement and tender processes

🔹 Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in IT Governance, IT License Management or Software/SaaS Coordination
• Strong understanding of software/SaaS intake and approval processes
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, GDPR, vendor risk and security reviews
• Proven license management or software usage monitoring experience
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
• Experience defining KPIs and preparing reports
• Excellent business and IT communication skills
• Structured, analytical and detail-oriented approach
• Proactive, autonomous and solution-oriented mindset
• Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence and SharePoint

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience in a regulated or international environment
• SaaS lifecycle management experience
• Procurement/tender process experience
• Software asset/license governance
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, Ivanti, Jira, Power BI, Excel or Power Apps
• ITIL/service management knowledge
• Exposure to AI Governance or EU AI Act

🇧🇪 Work Authorization

• A valid Belgian work permit
• A valid Belgian residence permit confirming the right to reside and work in Belgium
