This role involves managing cloud services, providing IT support, enhancing IT systems, and maintaining documentation. You’ll be pivotal in supporting our dynamic team by ensuring they have the reliable technology and assistance needed for their roles. Your expertise will contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT processes and the effective management of our IT resources. In this role, you will: Work globally across the company as the primary IT contact Manage, configure, and troubleshoot IT cloud services (Google, Atlassian, Microsoft) Recommend improvements for the organization’s IT systems Implement enhancements or modifications to IT tools and processes Provide IT support to remote employees Offer technical assistance for queries/issues related to computer systems, hardware, network, and services Manage employee onboarding/offboarding IT processes Maintain inventory of hardware, software Create and maintain IT documentation Engage in research for new software/tools to support purchasing efforts Support in developing and maintaining vendor relations and license management Manage patch management for remote devices Requirements and skills 3-7 years of experience in IT support/administration Proficient with MacOS and Windows Experience with Microsoft 365 account and email management Direct experience deploying and maintaining device management solutions such as Intune Working at Reach Security: Competitive salary, and equity package Comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, including plan options with company-paid employee coverage FSA, HSA, and 401(k) plans Company paid life insurance and disability coverage, along with buy up options Voluntary benefits including pet insurance, identify theft coverage, and legal services Unlimited PTO and sick time
