AREA OF EMPLOYMENT IT START OF WORK as soon as possible EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-time megállapodás szerint My responsibilities: Planning, development and maintenance of the Thin Client management landscape based on IGEL UMS (Universal Management Console) with more than 10.000 devices Monitor system health and performance, and proactively address risks (capacity management, performance tuning, log analysis) Configure and administer IGEL endpoints and policies (profiles, apps, update channels, license handling) in an enterprise environment. Being a contact for support requests as a 3rd level IT Engineer Supporting IT projects in an international environment Create/update knowledge base articles for 1st and 2nd level Continuously improve operations through automation and standardization where applicable The knowledge I own: Strong English skill is a must as you will conduct your day-to-day work mostly in English (meetings, documentation etc.), German knowledge is an advantage, but not a deciding factor Exhibits a strong willingness to learn and the ability to adapt to new technologies. Correct mindset to feel the responsibility for smooth store operations with 10k+ devices Takes ownership of maintaining smooth store operations for 10,000+ devices, with the right mindset and responsibility. Experience with UMS Java Console, UMS Web App, Igel App Portal, Igel License portal, Igel OS11, OS12, Windows Server 2016 and 2025 is and advantage Experience in managing enterprise printing solutions (preferably Kyocera) is an advantage.
