IT ERP Presales Consultant - Remote

The Role

Serve as the lead technical advisor for enterprise ERP sales in Spanish-speaking markets. You will partner with the sales team to uncover client needs, demo solutions, write proposals, and technical contracts to close deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Advisory: Serve as the technical lead during sales cycles; run discovery meetings and deliver product demos to C-level executives.
• Proposals & Contracts: Draft responses for RFPs, RFQs, and tenders; design PoCs; and negotiate technical terms in SOWs and MSAs.
• Integrations & Security: Validate client integration models, complete security questionnaires, and lead meetings with enterprise InfoSec teams.

Requirements

• Languages: Professional fluency in Spanish and English, Malay
• Experience: 3+ years in ERP presales, technical consulting, or solutions architecture.
• Tech Skills: Strong understanding of ERP software, cloud architecture, APIs, and enterprise security compliance.
• Document Expertise: Proven success writing RFPs, SOWs, and handling security assessments.
