Position : IT Expert – Change Management & Organisational Development Location : Berlin, Bonn, München (One person will be hired for each location) Field : Defence Type : Full-time 60–70% Remote Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Change Management and Organisational Development Expert to support the transformation of IT operations from traditional operational structures to product- and platform-oriented teams. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will design and implement change initiatives across the transformation journey. The role includes advising leaders, engaging stakeholders, developing new ways of working, and measuring the effectiveness of change activities. Responsibilities Support the transition from traditional IT operational structures to product- and platform-oriented teams. Advise leaders on new leadership approaches and collaboration models. Conduct stakeholder and impact analyses to identify transformation needs and priorities. Establish and develop a network of change agents and internal advocates. Coordinate change and enablement activities tailored to different target groups. Facilitate workshops and large-group sessions. Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives. Qualifications Completed degree in communication, social sciences, organisational sciences, economics, business administration, or comparable professional training. Formal qualification in organisational development or at least four years of relevant professional experience. Completed training in at least one recognised change management framework, such as ADKAR, Kotter, or an equivalent approach. Completed training in conflict facilitation or mediation. German language proficiency at CEFR C1 level. Required Experience At least four years of experience in communication and training, change management, or organisational development. At least two years of experience introducing new operating, collaboration, or organisational models. At least three years of experience advising and supporting leaders and diverse stakeholders. At least four years of experience demonstrating strong moderation and workshop facilitation skills. The minimum experience periods must represent continuous work in the relevant subject area immediately preceding submission, with repeated and substantial responsibilities. Strong communication and presentation skills. Confident stakeholder management. Strong analytical skills for stakeholder and impact assessments. Ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams. Additional Requirements Willingness to travel for business purposes for up to 50% of working time.
