IT Help Desk Analyst - Intermediate

Summary Job Description: Baptist Health is looking for an IT Help Desk Analyst - Intermediate to join our team! This is a remote work position that requires residency in KY or IN IT Help Desk Analyst for the Client Support – IT Help Desk in Louisville, Kentucky. The primary focus of this role is to provide tier one and two support of systems, hardware and network for our user base. This position is primarily focused on but not limited to end user support via phone and electronic submission. Essential Duties: Provide exceptional customer service over the phone with the goal of first call resolution. Responsible for partnering with technicians and staff to obtain resolutions to complex technical issues. Create and update documentation of issues and resolutions. Keep up with application and system changes in our environment that may impact users. Qualifications: Associate’s degree or one-year direct experience. Appropriate certification or licensure (if applicable) required. Strong analytical skills for problem-solving Self-starter, quick learner, taking ownership of issues, dependable/reliable and ability to retain information quickly and accurately in a very fast paced environment 1+ years Customer Service experience and ability to work with customers to resolve issues over the phone.
