The IT Helpdesk Support Technician Tier II should have mid to senior level technical knowledge and strong customer interfacing skills. The IT Helpdesk Support Technician Tier II will have the opportunity to work with a variety of technology working on both projects and providing escalated support to our customers. This position is a hybrid role requiring you to be in office and allowing for some work from home flexibility.
