The IT Helpdesk Support Tier 1.5 will be joining a prestigious Managed Service Provider who has proven to be one of the most exciting Cloud Companies in the country. The IT Helpdesk Support Tier 1.5 will join our relaxed and collaborative work environment with a team mentality. You will be taking tickets on the service desk and will be exposed to project work, working along side senior engineers to ramp up your technical skill set. The ideal candidate for this position is someone with a few years of helpdesk experience working for a MSP and looking to grow into more of a tier 2 position.
