IT Infrastructure Solution Engineer - System Administrator

We’re looking for an IT Infrastructure Solution Engineer/ System Administrator to join us at Telia. I’m Audrius Sabalys, I am leading Tech Core Service Delivery team and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on hands-on IT infrastructure deliveries with solution design responsibilities . What you’ll do: This is a self-driven, delivery-focused role requiring strong collaboration across agile teams. Administer and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance and security. Participate in infrastructure deliveries : installation, configuration, expansion and decommissioning. Implement infrastructure solutions based on business and technical requirements while following organizational standards and best practices. Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues to minimize downtime and ensure service continuity. Collaborate closely with architects, application teams, delivery teams and stakeholders also to ensure smooth delivery, projects and system enhancements. Perform infrastructure expansion, migrations and system upgrades to support business growth and operational needs. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures by our infrastructure standard building blocks. Contribute to continuous improvement of IT infrastructure services, SBB and WoW.
