About the role The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing high-level financial analysis and support to the organization. This position focuses on driving financial performance through detailed reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities Manage monthly financial reporting and analysis of budget vs. actual performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual operating plans and quarterly forecasts. Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational efficiency. Conduct deep-dive financial modeling to support business investment cases and projects. Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and global reporting standards. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Proven experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or corporate finance. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and experience with ERP systems. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
