Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an IT Manager to oversee and optimize their global IT infrastructure. The role involves managing a team of IT professionals to ensure seamless operations and system reliability across multiple regions. This position requires a strategic approach to technology management while supporting business continuity and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.

• Manage a team of IT staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

• Develop and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and compliance standards.

• Oversee budget planning, procurement, and vendor relationships for IT resources.

• Ensure 24/7 system availability with minimal downtime and rapid incident resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 7+ years of IT management experience, including team leadership and project oversight.

• Proficiency in enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking.

• Experience with ITIL frameworks, cybersecurity best practices, and compliance regulations.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage cross-functional technical teams.
