Join our team and let’s change the game together! We want you to: Provide day-to-day IT support to employees across the Group. Manage user account provisioning, access, and offboarding. Troubleshoot common hardware, software, and access issues. Maintain accurate IT documentation, processes, and user guides. Support basic network, security, and access administration. Liaise with external IT vendors on infrastructure, software, and licensing. Help maintain reliable and secure IT services across a multi-entity, multi-jurisdictional environment. Support broader IT projects and improvements when required. This job might be for you if you have: 2+ years of previous experience in IT support, IT operations, or a similar role. Good knowledge of hardware, software, user accounts, and common IT troubleshooting. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, identity/access management, and basic network administration. An understanding of IT security and access management principles. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage routine support tasks while contributing to IT projects and improvements. Experience working in an international or multi-entity environment would be an advantage.
