Job Description:
You will join as a
IT PM FINANCE (full-remote from Portugal) our Information System & Digital (IS&D) team to lead complex Finance transformation initiatives involving the integration of multiple platforms, processes, and stakeholders across global organizations.
Your Missions
- Manage end-to-end delivery of large-scale Finance projects and programs
- Lead initiatives involving the integration of multiple systems and Finance platforms
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and governance structures
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Coordinate business, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery
- Facilitate steering committees and provide executive-level reporting
- Ensure compliance with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and internal controls
Your Profile
- Experience of 6 to 10 years in project management, preferably within Finance or Finance transformation programs
- Proven track record delivering complex projects involving multiple platforms, vendors, and stakeholder groups
- Strong expertise in project planning, budget management, risk management, and governance
- Experience managing projects involving tax, VAT, invoicing, fiscal compliance, or other Finance regulatory requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience working in global, matrixed organizations
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus
- English fluent
