Description Core Competencies for IT Process BA • Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Business Analysis, Computer Science, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations, or ITIL-aligned process environments. • Strong understanding of ITIL practices; ITIL v4 certification is strongly preferred. • Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure concepts, including networks, servers, virtual machines, cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, certificates, and asset lifecycle management. • Experience translating operational data, logs, metrics, and incident trends into meaningful KPIs, reports, and executive-level dashboards. • Experience SOP, Workflows documentation. BPMN 2.0 or Lean Six Sigma knowledge are assets. • Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. Experience Level Expert Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winston-Salem, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $52.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
