About the role We are looking for an IT Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead complex technical initiatives while working closely with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to ensure successful delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale infrastructure and technology projects in a fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to make a real impact while continuing to grow professionally. Responsibilities Define, plan, and execute program objectives - keeping everything tied to organizational goals and priorities Own end-to-end delivery of technical programs: timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, Product, and Operations to keep delivery moving without friction Oversee technical delivery of infrastructure-related projects - server setup, system deployments, data center activities, cloud/hybrid environments Act as the main bridge between technical teams and stakeholders - translating, aligning, and unblocking Track progress, report on KPIs, flag issues early, and drive resolution Push continuous improvement across how we run and deliver programs Requirements 5+ years of Program or Project Management experience within technical IT environments Previous hands-on experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or a similar technical role Solid experience with IT infrastructure, including servers, system administration, data center operations, and cloud or hybrid cloud environments Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and system integration principles Proven experience leading cross-functional technical teams and delivering complex, multi-stream initiatives Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket; familiarity with tools such as Jenkins, Grafana, or similar is considered an advantage Nice to Have PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or similar certification Experience in iGaming, fintech, or other high-availability, regulated environments Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release management practices Vendor and contract management experience Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field What do we offer An open-minded environment that values you An international multicultural team Career development An amazing office environment Food vouchers (95 EUR) Additional health insurance Sports card Up to 24 days of paid annual leave Flexible working hours Manicure, massage, breakfast, and snacks in the office Wedding and new baby bonus Team building activities If you are interested in joining our diverse and dynamic team, we are looking forward to your application.
