Description

We are currently seeking for IT Project Coordinators or Junior IT Project Managers for our international client’s long-term project.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of IT-related projects (applications, systems, digital initiatives)
• Assist Senior Project Managers in coordinating project activities across multiple teams
• Track project progress, timelines, risks and dependencies, ensuring timely updates
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders
• Facilitate regular project meetings, take minutes and follow up on action items
• Coordinate communication between IT teams, business stakeholders and external vendors
• Support stakeholder management, including preparing materials for senior leadership updates
• Ensure adherence to internal processes, project governance and quality standards
  
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in IT project coordination or a junior project management role
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• General understanding of IT project delivery (applications, systems, or digital products)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced SSC environment
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Willingness to work primarily from home with occasional office visits
