Provide mentorship to junior engineers and assist in optimizing IT processes. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of MSP experience handling Level 3 escalations and project work. Strong background in Office 365 administration, including SharePoint, Exchange Online, and Teams . Experience configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting Windows Servers .
