IT Project Manager - Divestiture

Description:

• 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in financial services PMI (Post Merger Integration) topics, ideally on the divestiture side of the M&A operation.
• Familiar with IT projects and Korean regulatory constraints.
• Project Management role to oversee/coordinate the divestiture operation of one insurance branch from a global bancassurance group.
• Fluent/native level Korean and fluency in English are mandatory.
• Hybrid work setup (1 day from the office and the remaining days can be remote).
