Position Overview

The IT Sales Project Manager will manage 3–5 small to medium-sized cross-functional technology projects supporting Sales Operations, Customer Experience, Sales Enablement, Pricing, and Commercial Growth.

The PM will own project delivery across scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, and stakeholder communication. The role requires strong collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, IT, vendors, and field teams.

The candidate must be comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders and influencing teams without direct reporting authority.

Working Hours: Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours

Work Setup: Remote/home office with stationary workstation, HD webcam, and hardwired high-speed internet.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 3–5 concurrent Sales/IT technology projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource forecasts, milestones, and deliverables.
• Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, IT, vendors, and field teams to define scope, success metrics, dependencies, and adoption requirements.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technology delivery plans.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, actuals, cost drivers, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional project resources and clarify roles, responsibilities, and deliverables.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Support vendor management, contractual deliverables, vendor timelines, and RFI/RFP activities.
• Maintain PMO governance, project documentation, metrics, status reports, and lessons learned.
• Prepare executive-ready project status communications.
• Support data validation, training materials, adoption readiness, rollout activities, reporting, and other delivery tasks as required.

Mandatory / Core Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in IT/technology environments.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong experience with:

• Resource coordination
• Stakeholder management
• Vendor management
• PMO governance
• Experience working with cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work EST business hours.
