The Opportunity We are looking for a highly skilled IT Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-scale IT consulting programs spanning infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, automation, and cybersecurity. You will oversee multiple project managers, align program outcomes with business objectives, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders. This is a multi-year program engagement, ideal for a strategic, results-driven senior professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering measurable business value through technology initiatives. Time zone alignment: This engagement requires availability during European business hours (CET/CEST) for client meetings, program ceremonies, and governance forums. For a Brazil-based contractor, this practically translates to client-facing availability during Brazilian early morning through early afternoon. Occasional flexibility for cross-regional coordination may be required as program scope dictates. About This Engagement USD-denominated compensation Multi-year program horizon with a stable enterprise client Direct exposure to enterprise clients and executive stakeholders in Europe Autonomy and ownership of complex, strategic programs Service Deliverables End-to-end delivery of large, multi-workstream programs and strategic initiatives for enterprise clients Portfolio-level oversight ensuring alignment with program goals, timelines, and budgets Technical and methodological guidance to project managers and delivery teams operating within the program structure Senior-level decision support and escalation handling for program-level risks and issues Executive and stakeholder relationship management on the client side Definition and implementation of best practices, standards, and governance processes for program delivery Monitoring of interdependencies across projects and optimization of resource allocation Facilitation of executive steering committees, program reviews, and decision-making forums Contribution to quarterly and annual program planning, resource forecasting, and capacity modeling Continuous improvement contributions across the PMO function Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in IT program and project management, including strategic client engagements Proven track record managing complex programs across infrastructure, cloud (Azure required; AWS a plus), DevOps, cybersecurity, and automation Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field Active PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies Advanced/fluent English — written and verbal — required for daily client interaction Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, ROI analysis, and program profitability Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional, matrixed, and distributed teams across multiple geographies Skilled in stakeholder engagement, executive communication, and negotiation Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities under pressure Differentials (Nice to Have) Additional European language skills Master's degree or MBA Scrum certifications (PSM, CSM, SAFe) Prior experience contracting with European clients Established consulting practice with multiple client engagements Background in IT consulting firms or systems integrators Logistics 100% remote, anywhere in Brazil Contractor provides their own working setup (notebook, peripherals, internet) Tools and software licenses required for specific engagements will be provided as needed Privacy & Data Protection By applying, you acknowledge that Mobiz (headquartered in the United States) will process your personal data to evaluate your candidacy, and that your data will be transferred internationally and may be shared with our recruitment team, the end client, and service providers such as our applicant tracking system.
