This is a full-time, permanent position that is primarily WFH with the occasional need to come into our Chicago office. The IT Senior Project Engineer (Managed Services) will focus on Networking (primary) and Cloud (secondary) solutions. The IT Senior Project Engineer (Managed Services) is at the forefront of designing, implementing, and managing network infrastructure solutions for our clients. IT Senior Project Engineer (Managed Services) Responsibilities: Be the go-to person for network support agreements. Design and deploy network infrastructures (OSI Layers 1-3 and beyond). Install, manage, and troubleshoot network equipment and devices (SonicWall, HP/Cisco, etc.). Maintain backup and recovery procedures for network systems. Provide advanced support and professional services for cloud-based solutions like Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure.
