We are seeking an IT Solution Manager – Supply Chain Planning, to join our IT Operations Service Platform team. As IT Solution Manager – Supply Chain Planning, you will be responsible to deliver the best possible solution to meet our business requirements, improving standard functionalities and features of the existing or future systems that support the Supply Chain processes. Experience with any Supply Chain analytics solution and planning software or new automated/digital tools within supply chain would be an advantage. JOIN US WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? At least 4 years of professional experience in Supply Chain IT Domain or Supply chain operations University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent Solid grasp of End-to-End Supply Chain practices with fair understanding of financial and commercial metrics Experience in data modelling, transformation, and insights Experience in Data sciences and cognitive platforms would be a plus Demonstrable experience with managing projects from conception Customer management experience and superb communication skills Ability to set the priorities, identify “musts” and “nice-to-have” with key business partners Project Management and/or Lean/Agile tools expertise highly desirable Passion for continuous learning in a changing environment Consumer-centric approach and mindset, problem-solving skills A collaborative approach, comfortable with all types of external and internal partner WHAT WE OFFER YOU? HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? Proposing Supply Chain driven planning and analytics opportunities and improvements based on the defined future state process & systems Leading the Product Governance process: monthly/quarterly Governance meetings, change prioritization, system use monitoring, etc Business customer partnering in terms of resilience and innovation Preparing project related documentation and communication Leading the design of planning use cases and metrics in the areas of Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial and downstream operations at market and channel levels Governing solution deployment as per PMI global standards Ensuring proper user support and prioritizing changes to the tool Defining and sustaining training programs and reference material to ensure knowledge retention Being the main contact with supplier and business to define and implement new or changes to current solutions Supporting platforms on supply chain planning, Data Ocean ensuring it fits business needs Please note that only on-line applications will be taken into consideration.
