IT Solutions Architect

We’re looking for a Solution Architect to join us at Telia. I’m Tomas Stepanavičius , leading the Collaboration and Productivity Solutions team. I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. The platform includes, but is not limited to: Jira, Confluence, SharePoint (On-Prem & Online), Storage services, Signing solutions, and emerging AI-enabled capabilities . What you’ll do: Drive the design and evolution of Atlassian-based solutions, combining architecture expertise with hands-on collaboration across DevOps, development, and analytics teams. Design & develop scalable solutions across Jira and Confluence ecosystems Consult stakeholders and teams on architecture decisions, best practices, and solution strategy Lead & mentor teams by setting standards, troubleshooting complex issues, and shaping platform direction Guide the adoption and integration of AI capabilities within the platform (e.g., copilots, automation tools, smart workflows) What will help you thrive in this role: You are a proactive, solution-oriented architect who enjoys solving complex challenges and influencing technical direction in an international environment. Proven experience in solution architecture, DevOps, or development environments Proven track record working with enterprise tools such as Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence) SharePoint, or similar ecosystems Ability to design integrations, work with CI/CD pipelines, reporting and testing tools Fluency in English (written and spoken) You’ll also bring: Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Ability to take ownership and drive decisions Understanding of Agile methodologies Join us to shape smarter living for people, businesses, and the planet At Telia, we’re a team of 15,000 colleagues across the Nordics and Baltics, passionate about technology and connectivity.
