IT Specialist (Junior Consultant) - Oracle HCM Cloud

The IT Specialist (Junior Consultant) supports the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and reports to the IT Project Manager. This position is remote. This role is for a proposal and is pending funding/award. Role Summary The IT Specialist (Junior Consultant) provides entry-level support for the Oracle Cloud HCM migration, assisting with testing, documentation, and coordination activities across the technical workstream. Key Responsibilities Support test preparation and execution for Oracle HCM modules Assist with data validation, entry, and tracking of migration activities Maintain documentation, logs, and system artifacts Track issues and support follow-up for resolution Provide administrative and coordination support to the IT workstream Assist with reporting on testing progress and system readiness Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 0–1 years of experience in IT, data, or systems support (internships acceptable) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Exposure to enterprise systems or cloud platforms Familiarity with Excel or data analysis tools PCI Federal (PCIF) and its subsidiaries are an equal-opportunity employer.
