IT support intern

What you'll do You will install and prepare the computers and software for our new employees and help us provide them with the best experience possible; You will also support TomTom employees in daily issues regarding their hardware or software; You will be doing some user account management (Active Directory); You will also help our internal customers via face-to-face, mail, phone, and call tracking system; You will align with other Support Engineers throughout the different regions within the global team to take part in our global strategy. What you'll need You are a student in IT/Computer Science/Engineering/Programming or related courses; You are fluent in English; You have troubleshooting skills and eager to learn; Being enrolled in a Dutch university for the entire duration of the internship; You have good communication skills and enjoy teamwork. There is no sense coming to a job every day if you don’t like the people you work with This position is fully on-site which means you should be able to come to our Amsterdam office around 5 times a week 6 months internship contract with a monthly salary of 1100€ (based on full-time work).
