About the role:
As an IT Support Specialist, you will join our Employee IT support team within Digital Workplace in SEB Technology. The team is currently expanding and provides a single point of contact IT support service for all SEB Group employees across 20 countries globally. You will be part of a team that assists employees by resolving their daily IT issues, working alongside friendly professionals.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have:
A strong ability to work effectively in a team
A genuine enjoyment in helping others
Excellent English language skills
The ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently
Sophisticated customer service management skills and experience (highly appreciated)
