IT Support Specialist Tier 1.5 (MSP) Somerset, NJ $50,000 - $60,000 About A fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) is seeking a technically capable, service-driven IT Support Specialist (Tier 1.5) to support small and mid-sized business clients across New Jersey and New York. This role is ideal for someone who’s outgrown a basic help desk position and is ready to step into a more proactive support role—handling both remote and onsite work, solving issues at the root, and delivering high-touch client care.
