About The Role Ideal Siding is looking for a proactive, organized, and service-oriented IT Support & WordPress Administrator . This is a business operations and technology support role that involves working with people just as much as working with technology. Key Responsibilities Onboarding & Admin: Set up hardware, user accounts, and permissions for employees and franchisees. Administer Google Workspace, CRM, LMS, and other core applications. Tech Support: Provide first-level support across hardware, software, and connectivity issues, escalating complex problems when necessary. Website Management: Administer WordPress websites, including user access, plugins, basic updates, and vendor coordination (DNS, SSL, Cloudflare). System Coordination: Maintain accurate tech inventory, coordinate equipment purchases/repairs, and collaborate with external vendors to ensure system reliability. What You Bring to the Table (Required) 1–2 years of experience in IT support, business systems administration, or customer support. Minimum 1 year of experience administering or maintaining WordPress websites. Hands-on experience with Google Workspace and managing cloud-based SaaS user accounts. Basic understanding of both Windows and macOS environments. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Experience with CRM, LMS, software licensing, or user provisioning. Basic HTML/CSS, DNS management, Cloudflare, or website hosting platforms.
