As Drees & Sommer continues to expand in Málaga, you will work with experienced colleagues across the globe, gaining exposure to multiple technologies and products in a fast-growing and people-centric environment. As part of the System Administration team, you will support the administration and continuous improvement of server and cloud systems, ensuring the integrity, availability, and security of data and digital identities. With a focus on Identity Management, you will contribute to the standardization, automation, and optimization of IT services while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. Key Responsibilities Become an active member of the System Administration Team Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives, including compliance-related requirements such as ISO 27001 Assist in the installation, configuration, and administration of server, storage, and backup systems Monitor and support the availability, performance, and security of IT services and infrastructure Collaborate on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Exchange Develop and maintain scripts to support automation and operational efficiency Participate in IT infrastructure projects, e.g. for migrations, expansions, and optimization initiatives.
