WHAT YOU WILL DO: Lead and develop the Content Admin Team — starting with 3 and growing to 10+ specialists; Ensure the team delivers fast, high-quality execution of all content changes across products, stores, and platforms; Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical or operational issues, ensuring they’re resolved quickly and effectively; Oversee workload distribution, set clear priorities, and track progress against defined KPIs and SLAs; Build efficient processes and ensure compliance with company standards, data accuracy, and content integrity; Analyze performance data, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process and automation improvements (including AI-driven solutions); Collaborate closely with Marketing (Product, Design etc) and IT teams to enable smooth operations and resolve systemic issues; Hire, mentor, and coach team members — turning strong executors into future specialists across the organization; Contribute to the overall business and IT enablement agenda, helping to scale systems that support fast global growth.
