ITSM Senior Project Manager Lead a high-impact enterprise transformation, replacing Planview with Broadcom Clarity while shaping portfolio governance, aligning stakeholders and enabling lasting adoption. Role Overview Contract duration : 18 months, project-based B2B cooperation Start date : ASAP US time zone alignment needed : PL working hours - 12:00-20:00 Salary ranges : 42-52 USD We are looking for an experienced ITSM Senior Project Manager to take ownership of the Broadcom ValueOps implementation and lead the migration from Planview to Clarity . The position requires a senior delivery professional with the ability to manage a large enterprise PMO transformation, lead several workstreams in parallel, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure effective adoption of the future-state portfolio management model. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate closely with PPG leadership, Rego Consulting, Broadcom, business stakeholders, PMO teams, IT leadership, and process owners. Scope of Services Take ownership of the full delivery lifecycle of the Planview replacement program. Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements. Coordinate implementation activities involving Clarity, ConnectALL, Rally, and related portfolio management solutions. Oversee project scope, budget, timelines, risks, issues, actions, assumptions, and key dependencies. Manage executive governance reviews, steering committee meetings, and regular project status reporting. Ensure effective coordination and delivery across multiple business and IT workstreams. Coordinate implementation partners, software vendors, and other external resources. Lead workshops focused on future-state process design and support portfolio management transformation activities. Support organizational readiness by driving stakeholder engagement and adoption planning. Contribute to the implementation of future-state hybrid funding and portfolio governance models. Ensure that project delivery follows PMO governance standards and applicable audit requirements. Manage integrated change-control activities and facilitate structured decision-making throughout the program. Required Qualifications Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise software implementation initiatives. Practical experience working with both Planview and Broadcom Clarity. Experience supporting transformation initiatives related to PMO, portfolio management, or work intake processes. Strong experience managing and communicating with executive-level stakeholders. Experience coordinating implementation partners and software vendors. Background in large-scale organizational change and business-process transformation initiatives. Demonstrated ability to lead complex enterprise programs involving multiple parallel workstreams. Previous responsibility for a Planview-to-Clarity migration or a comparable transformation program. Experience implementing or integrating solutions such as: Broadcom ValueOps Clarity ConnectALL Rally ServiceNow PPM Jira Align Other enterprise PMO / PPM platforms Experience delivering portfolio management and demand management solutions. Experience contributing to transformations involving hybrid funding models. Experts should demonstrate experience in the following areas: Enterprise PMO tools (Planview, Clarity, Jira Align, Rally, ServiceNow PPM, Broadcom ValueOps) Portfolio management transformation Work intake transformation Process redesign and process optimization Organizational change management Financial and funding-model transformation Executive stakeholder engagement and management Complex enterprise transformation programs involving multiple workstreams Portfolio governance and operating-model design Enterprise reporting and analytics frameworks At least 10 years of Project / Program Management experience leading complex enterprise initiatives. Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies. Demonstrated experience managing PMO transformations, portfolio management programs, enterprise software implementations, and organizational process redesign initiatives. Experience operating within established and mature PMO environments. Excellent executive-level communication and presentation skills. Preferred Certifications PMP PRINCE2 Practitioner SAFe Agilist PMI-PgMP PMI-PMOCP Clarity, Broadcom, Planview, or other Portfolio Management platform certifications are highly desirable.
