Job Description

We are hiring bilingual Japanese to English Interpreters to join a paid training program that leads to a full-time remote interpreter position.

No previous interpretation experience is required. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive paid training before beginning live interpretation work.

Responsibilities

• Interpret conversations accurately between Japanese and English.

• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.

• Communicate clearly with clients.

• Attend all required training sessions and complete assigned coursework.

Requirements

• Native or fluent in both Japanese and English.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Laptop or desktop computer with webcam and headset.

• Available to work full-time starting at 7:00 AM California (US Pacific) Time.

• Professional, punctual, and adaptable.

Paid Training Program

• Duration: 3 Weeks

• Live Training: 2 hours per day (7:00 AM – 9:00 AM California Time)

• Self-paced assignments: Approximately 5 hours daily

• Successful completion of training is required before beginning the interpreter role.

Assessment Guidelines
