Role & Responsibilities:

Backend — Java

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level backend applications using Java
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to support web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in system architecture design, code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure applications are scalable, maintainable, and secure.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to technical documentation.

Frontend — React.js

• Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces with React.js and TypeScript
• Manage application state using Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or React Query
• Build and maintain a reusable component library that adheres to the design system
• Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs and handle real-time data via WebSocket or Server-Sent Events
• Optimise frontend performance through lazy loading, code splitting, and effective caching strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Java development, preferably in a product-based company.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, RESTful API development, and web services.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience working with distributed or global teams is highly valued.

Nice-to-Have: Experience with Java EE technologies, Servlets, JSP, EJB, and JPA/Hibernate.
