Java Senior/Lead Developer

What You'll do: - Design and develop robust Java backend solutions. - Implement and maintain application architecture (microservices, hexagonal, etc.). - Contribute to CI/CD processes and pipelines. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments. - For Lead profiles: act as a role model for the team. - For Lead profiles: onboard and mentor junior team members. - For Lead profiles: provide technical support and guidance to other developers. - Hybrid work model What You Are: - At least one higher education degree. - Experience with Java Backend development with strong theoretical knowledge ( Java >= 8 ) ( 5+ years for Senior profiles, 8+ years for Lead profiles ) - Strong theoretical knowledge of Java. - Experience with Spring / Spring Boot. - Experience with RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL). - Experience with JPA and Hibernate. - Knowledge of application architecture, including microservices-based and hexagonal architecture. - Experience with CI/CD tools and practices. - Fluent in english; Nice to have: - Experience with Java Frontend (e.g., Angular or any other UI framework). - Experience with AWS or another cloud platform. - Problem-solving skills and logical reasoning. - Passion for learning and continuous development. - Experience working in Agile environments and with Scrum methodologies.
