🛠️ YOUR CORE MISSION

• Architectural Excellence: Design and implement world-class digital solutions using modern design patterns and a robust microservice architecture.
• Full-Stack Awareness: While focusing on the backend, you will collaborate on our ReactJS frontend integration to ensure a seamless end-to-end user experience.
• Scalable Communication: Build resilient asynchronous systems using RabbitMQ or Kafka to handle high-volume data streams.
• System Observability: Implement and optimize the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for deep insights into system performance and logging.
• Data Mastery: Leverage Redis for high-speed caching and optimize data persistence with JPA/Hibernate.
• Clean Code Advocacy: Write testable, maintainable, and efficient code. We value quality over "just getting it done."

🕵️‍♂️ TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in Java-based software development.
• The Stack: Expert-level knowledge of Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, and Microservice Architecture.
• Messaging & Caching: Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ / Kafka and distributed caching with Redis.
• Search & Analytics: Familiarity with the ELK Stack for monitoring and search capabilities.
• Frontend: Basic understanding or experience with ReactJS is a strong asset.
• Mindset: Strong commitment to Clean Code principles, TDD, and Agile methodologies.
• Communication: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional, global teams.
