What You’ll Do Own End-to-End Delivery: Code, design, execute, and take full responsibility for the delivery and maintenance of software projects and products. Shape the R&D Roadmap: Partner with business stakeholders to define project deliverables and manage the roadmap of R&D initiatives. Bridge Client Needs: Collaborate with Technical Relationship Managers and Architects to translate client-initiated R&D requests into robust solutions. Drive Issue Resolution: Act as the go-to point of contact for managing and driving production defects through to resolution. Streamline Critical Processes: Tailor processes to manage time-sensitive issues and bring them to swift, effective closure. In this role, you’ll take real ownership of the products that keep the world’s access systems running smoothly. You’ll work alongside a talented, collaborative team where your technical expertise directly shapes outcomes for our clients, and where continuous learning and growth are part of everyday work.
