Position Overview As a Java Developer Pl, you will play a key role in developing robust and high-performance backend solutions for a global B2B data integration platform. Your contributions will ensure data quality and integrity, ultimately driving success for our clients and application users. Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and deploy software applications using Java 17 and Spring Boot. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutions. Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability. Support technical leadership within the team by providing insights and guidance. Participate in agile development practices , contributing actively to team discussions and ceremonies. Act as a client partner , understanding their objectives and proposing effective solutions. Communicate effectively with team members, fostering a positive environment of constructive feedback. Required Skills and Qualifications Must-have Skills: Proficiency in backend development using Java 17 and Spring Boot Experience with MongoDB Familiarity with Python Knowledge of RabbitMQ Understanding of agile development practices Resilience and adaptability in challenging contexts Strong communication and teamwork skills Intermediate English for conversation, writing, and reading Nice-to-have Skills: Knowledge of AI practices for software development Experience with Cloud Azure Familiarity with Kubernetes Experience with New Relic Experience with automated testing At CI&T, we embrace Collaboration, Innovation & Transformation as core values.
